Definitely happy that I decided to use Milestone. The initial assessment that was done with Richard Gordon was great; he was very polite and thorough in explaining the process and costs. The movers arrived within the expected timeframe and got straight to work. My reservation was for two movers/three hours of work. It took about 4.5 hours for them to move my furniture from my 1st floor one bedroom apartment to my 3rd floor one bedroom apartment that was located about 5 minutes away. What's with the extra 1.5 hrs you might ask???? Well my new apartment is located on the 3rd floor. The building does not have a loading dock and has only 1 elevator that can fit a total of 2 adults at a time. The stair case is also slightly narrow So this meant that everything that was not a chair, a box, or a bin had to be carried upstairs. I do have to mention I had several heavy typical pieces of furniture including an elliptical. With that being said, the movers definitely did the best they could without complaining and my furniture arrived with (understandably) only a few scratches here and there. Take a chance and go with Milestone Relocation Services. quot

My move was a local move and would've been simple enough, except I live in Phoenix and moved just after the 1st snowstorm of 2014. I had taken 2 days off from work to take my time packing but because of the storm none of my friends could make it. I was totally stressed out to say the least, but Milestone Relocation made it stress free for me. The movers called about 30 minutes ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. They arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. This was no small feat given that there was still alot of snow and ice around after the storm. All of my belongings arrived undamaged and all my boxes were put in the rooms as requested for easy unpacking on my part. They put together my bed and entertainment center (which is crucial for a 5'4" 125 lb. single woman). Me and my boyfriend were moving from Alpharetta to Phoenix from a 2 bedroom townhouse to a condo with an elevator. The move itself was quite complicated given the amount of furniture we had and some oversized items, two story townhouse and an elevator which had to be reserved at the other end. However, these guys nailed it in less than 4 hours, worked non stop without any nonsense, and our final bill was lower than quoted over the phone.

I have been meaning to write to you ever since I moved a month ago, though things have been kind of crazy. What I wanted to tell you is what a fantastic job Rudy Gonzalez and his team did for me. What they did for me was really heroic, and almost impossible. I think they must've worked in 36 hours on my move, and only a third of that in transit. I don't know when they got any sleep.

As you know, my move was very complicated, with four stops involved. Somehow they manage to get everything to the right place, and nothing was broken (except in a couple of cases by me, after they left!). Their attention to detail, and care in preparing items for the move, was like nothing I have ever seen in movers before. At times they seem to know more about what I wanted than I did--even though they were doing all the work, I was exhausted!
