Step-by-Step Instructions (Don't Get Scared - It's Much Easier than It Looks!)

Create a video using your cell phone
- Take a quick video of your home: Walk through every room and make sure to record all the furniture and items you will be moving
- Video has to be a maximum of 1:30 minutes length (90 seconds)
- No need to focus on a specific spot for too long since we will be able to pause/rewind as much as needed
Upload your video file
- Make sure your cell phone's Wi-Fi is on and it is connected to a wireless internet network to speed up video upload
- On your cell phone, open a web browser, such as Chrome or Safari, and go to milestonerelocation.com
- At the bottom of the page, click a black "Upload video" button
- You will be automatically redirected to "Upload Your Video for a Flat Rate" form
- Fill out all the fields in the form
- Click "Choose File" at the bottom of the form. You will be prompted to choose a file you wish to upload. Depending on your cell phone, click Documents (Android-based cell phones) or Photo Library (iOS/iPhone) - this is where your videos are located. Select the video you wish to upload for a flat rate quote.
- Hit "Submit your video now!" button
- Please be patient and wait until your file has been uploaded to our system. Do not close the browser or visit other pages while your video is being transferred.
- Once done, you will see a "Thank You" message on your screen.
- It may take a minute or two.
You're done!

They really took great care with everything and paid close attention to my larger items wrapping my king-sized bed, large TV, dresser, couch, etc. in a way that protected them from any scratches or scuffs.
